授权流程与权限说明 Authorization flow & permissions
GEX ERP 通过 TikTok Shop 官方 OpenAPI 对接平台，商家通过 TikTok 标准 OAuth 授权流程完成店铺授权。授权确认始终在 TikTok 官方页面上完成，GEX ERP 无法也不会索要你的店铺账号密码。 GEX ERP integrates through the official TikTok Shop Open API, and merchants authorize their stores via TikTok's standard OAuth flow. Confirmation always happens on TikTok's official page — GEX ERP never asks for your store credentials.
在 TikTok Seller Center 中安装并授权Install & authorize in TikTok Seller Center
GEX ERP 的授权始终通过 TikTok 官方 OAuth 流程完成。请从 TikTok Seller Center 发起，授权确认、查看权限范围与撤销授权均在 TikTok 官方页面进行。GEX ERP 不会在站内索要你的店铺账号密码。GEX ERP authorization always runs through TikTok's official OAuth flow. Start from TikTok Seller Center — confirming, reviewing scopes and revoking access all happen on TikTok's own pages. GEX ERP never asks for your store credentials on this site.
操作路径：登录 TikTok Seller Center → App & Service Store → 搜索「GEX ERP」→ Install → 按页面提示完成授权。请勿在任何非 TikTok 官方页面输入账号密码。 Path: log in to TikTok Seller Center → App & Service Store → search "GEX ERP" → Install → follow the prompts to authorize. Never enter your credentials on any non-official TikTok page.
授权步骤Authorization steps
1. 从 Seller Center 发起1. Start from Seller Center
登录 TikTok Seller Center，进入 App & Service Store，找到 GEX ERP 并点击安装，选择 Direct to website 方式跳转到我们的网站并开始授权。Log in to TikTok Seller Center, open the App & Service Store, find GEX ERP and click install. The Direct-to-website pathway brings you to our site to start authorization.
2. 在 TikTok 官方页确认2. Confirm on TikTok's page
TikTok 会展示 GEX ERP 申请的全部 API 权限范围与目标店铺。请仔细核对后点击同意授权。你可以只授权部分店铺。TikTok displays every API scope GEX ERP requests and the target store(s). Review them, then approve. You may authorize only selected stores.
3. 授权完成，开始使用3. Done — start using
授权完成后，GEX ERP 即可在已授权范围内同步该店铺的商品、订单与库存数据。整个授权过程你可以随时撤销。After approval, GEX ERP syncs products, orders and inventory for that store within the authorized scope. You can revoke access at any time.

撤销授权与删除数据Revoking access & deleting data
撤销授权Revoke authorization
你可以在 TikTok Seller Center 的「已安装应用」管理页随时撤销对 GEX ERP 的授权。授权撤销后，应用将立刻停止访问对应店铺的数据。You can revoke GEX ERP's authorization at any time from the installed apps page in TikTok Seller Center. Once revoked, we immediately stop accessing that store's data.
卸载应用Uninstall the app
如需卸载 GEX ERP：在 TikTok Seller Center 的「已安装应用」管理页找到 GEX ERP，选择卸载（Uninstall）。卸载将同时移除授权，应用随之停止访问该店铺的数据；店铺中的商品、订单等数据仍归你所有，保留在 TikTok 平台中。To uninstall GEX ERP: find it under Installed Apps in TikTok Seller Center and choose Uninstall. Uninstalling also removes authorization, so we immediately stop accessing that store's data; your products, orders and other data remain yours and stay on TikTok.
删除数据Delete your data
如需删除店铺在 GEX ERP 中的全部数据，请发送邮件至 15639782167@163.com，我们将在 15 个工作日内完成删除并回复确认。详见隐私政策。To delete all of your store's data in GEX ERP, email 15639782167@163.com. We will complete the deletion within 15 business days and confirm by reply. See our Privacy Policy.
