服务条款Terms of Service
欢迎使用 GEX ERP。本条款是您与郑州市赢菁网络技术有限公司（"赢菁科技"或"我们"）之间关于使用 GEX ERP 应用（"本应用"）的约定。您安装、授权或使用本应用，即表示同意本条款。本条款以中文版本为基准，英文版本仅供参考。
1. 服务说明
本应用通过 TikTok Shop 官方 OpenAPI，为 TikTok Shop 跨境商家提供商品批量刊登与信息更新、订单实时拉取与同步、多店铺库存管控、销售数据统计与财务报表查询等店铺管理功能。本应用是独立的第三方服务，与 TikTok Inc. 及其关联公司不存在任何代理、隶属、赞助或认可关系；本网站及本应用中的任何内容均不构成 TikTok 的背书。
2. 授权与账号
您须通过 TikTok 标准 OAuth 授权流程完成店铺授权后方可使用对应功能。您保证对所授权的店铺拥有合法的经营权利。您可随时在 TikTok Seller Center 撤销授权，撤销后本应用将立刻停止访问对应店铺的数据。
3. 商家责任
- 遵守 TikTok Shop 卖家服务条款、开发者协议及店铺所在站点适用的法律法规；
- 保证通过本应用刊登的商品信息真实、合法、准确，不侵犯他人权益；
- 妥善保管账户与授权凭据，对账户下的操作行为负责。
4. 费用
本应用当前免费提供。如未来引入订阅或按量计费，收费方式、周期与退款政策将以应用内订购页面公示的内容为准；未公示收费信息的服务，均视为免费提供。已收取的费用将按届时公示的退款说明处理。
5. 数据处理
我们仅在您选定的 API 权限范围内获取与使用店铺数据，用于提供本应用功能；未经商家书面许可，不向任何第三方分享、出售商家经营数据。详见隐私政策。
6. 服务的变更与中断
我们持续改进本应用，可能不定期更新功能。因平台接口调整、系统维护、不可抗力等原因可能导致服务暂时中断，我们将尽合理努力减少影响并及时通知。
7. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，本应用按"现状"提供。对于因使用或无法使用本应用导致的间接损失、利润损失或数据损失，我们不承担责任。在任何情形下，我们的累计赔偿责任不超过您在索赔发生前 12 个月内就本应用实际支付的费用。
8. 条款终止
您可随时停止使用本应用并撤销授权。若您严重违反本条款（包括将本应用用于非法或侵权用途），我们有权中止或终止服务。条款终止后，我们将按隐私政策处理您的数据。
9. 其他
本条款适用中华人民共和国法律。条款部分无效不影响其余部分效力。如有疑问请联系 15639782167@163.com。
Welcome to GEX ERP. These Terms govern your use of the GEX ERP application (the "App") provided by Yingjing Network ("we", "us"). By installing, authorizing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Through the official TikTok Shop Open API, the App provides TikTok Shop cross-border merchants with bulk product listing and updates, real-time order sync, multi-store inventory control, and sales analytics and financial reporting. The App is an independent third-party service. It has no agency, affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement relationship with TikTok Inc. or its affiliates, and nothing on this website or in the App constitutes an endorsement by TikTok.
2. Authorization and accounts
Features become available only after you authorize your store through TikTok's standard OAuth flow. You represent that you have the legal right to operate each store you authorize. You may revoke authorization in TikTok Seller Center at any time; we stop accessing that store's data immediately upon revocation.
3. Merchant responsibilities
- Comply with TikTok Shop seller terms, the developer agreement, and laws applicable to your sales regions;
- Ensure product information published through the App is true, lawful, accurate and non-infringing;
- Safeguard your account and credentials; you are responsible for actions taken under your account.
4. Fees
The App is currently free of charge. If subscriptions or usage-based billing are introduced in the future, pricing, billing cycles and refund terms will be published on the in-app ordering page; any service without published pricing is provided free of charge. Amounts already paid are handled according to the refund terms in force at that time.
5. Data handling
We access and use store data only within the API scopes you approve and only to provide the App's features; we never share or sell merchant business data to third parties without written consent. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Changes and interruptions
We continuously improve the App and may update features from time to time. Platform API changes, maintenance or force majeure may cause temporary interruptions; we will use reasonable efforts to minimize impact and provide notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of or inability to use the App. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the fees you actually paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App and revoke authorization at any time. We may suspend or terminate the service if you materially breach these Terms, including using the App for unlawful or infringing purposes. Upon termination, your data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
9. Miscellaneous
These Terms are governed by the law of the operator's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Questions: 15639782167@163.com.
